This dry red wine is aged in oak barrels developing a complex bouquet of spices -like pepper, nutmeg and vanilla- and fruits of the forest -like blackberry and black cherry-.
It stands out for its deep red colour, full body, excellent balance with strong tannins and medium acidity, and rich palate.
It should be served at 16o – 18o C with grilled meat, spicy sauces and salty, full flavoured, yellow cheese.
